“From 21 years old I joined the army learning Systems Engineering Technician training, this invaluable experience has given me 19 years’ experience in the telecommunications and civil engineering industry developing myself as a leader; allowing me to working across Africa, the middle east and Europe on telecommunication and civil engineering projects.
With a technical leadership background that stems from field engineering, my focus is always on a right first-time approach. My time as a Quality Manager for the Telecom sector, working towards continuous improvement has helped to achieve this focus as well as understand and develop any project life cycle.
I thoroughly believe that to be successful in any business communication is the most important part of management.
I strive to always understand the direction and vision of a customer as well as the business. The key part for me is to ensure I always act as a customer champion, putting myself in their position whilst working to the best of my ability to achieve the goals set for the business as well as the customer. “
